Good day all. I got a cyclotron mag from my sister. Now it has a 1-5 setting. Does anyone know what to put it on to have for example a 30 degree incline on the road setting?

How much load does it apply? I want to set it as if im riding on the road to get the same effect

To be honest i don't think that trainer has any reliable setting to gradient equivalent. I would simply use the gears on the bike to make it easier or harder.

so you are asking ........for your sister ?.......... :whistling:

[emoji23] no for me. I cant always go out on the road these days. So still want to exercise and not just peddle and gain nothing. The sad thing is she went from cycling to spending alot of money on lipo. Why i don't know.

i noticed it doesn't have alot of load. So would you suggest i put it on a setting and gear that makes it feel like im doing an uphill?

First make sure that the wheel is pressed against the trainer hard enough. Next check tyre pressure hard. Then yes, use gears to make it harder. If it doesnt feel pretty tough in a hard gear, not setup right.
