Power Meters

I am considering a power meter for my bike. What should I look for? Which one's are a best and which should be avoided?

Good advice - research and read up - it is the best investment you will make in your cycling.

 

IMO Power Tap SL is the best all round option.

Yes I want it because it really will make my bike look nice. I also have a bell and a carrier on my bike because I saw that on a the bike of the guy delivering my paper each morning.

Good call - they really do improve the look and lines of the bike. If you get better traiing too then what a bonus

 

Maybe add some of those streamers from the handlebars like on my daughters bike..

Yes my daughter has got them on her bike. I am also eying her training wheels. They should look great on my Soloist.

Taking the streamers from your daughter's bike would be a BIG mistake.

 

1.  She'd be p!ssed off, and your life would no longer be worth living.

2.  The shiny black 'carbon look' streamers are MUCH faster!

 

Training wheels are not UCI-legal in mass start events.
