Have you been to the Cadence in Fourways (on main rd)? I Have been going to cadence for a while now and when Barry was there i did not go to cadence as the bikes never worked and the friendliness of him was no were to be found.... I have heard that the branch is now under new management so i went through last week and this am and what a turn around it is. Bikes are like brand new and the new manger is very friendly and over helpful. Individual attention at all times is given to each member doing a session.Nothing i asked and questioned was ever to much and the amount of knowledge he has on power training is beyond me. WELL DONE CADENCE FOURWAYS I'm Happy to be back.

HI there Ok in PE at the shop Due South Greenacres shopping mall but they only have the Sprint and the KSO....Older ranges. Then new one thats a lot more comfortable to run is is the Bikila or the speed. Expensive but is it really worth it at the end of the day? Just think you cant race a Scott CR1 with those wheels,it wont be allowed by the UCI,so whats the point........

Stiffy rides well with all those fancy stuff. One will be suprized what the youngsters ride these days,specially in the u/16 Cat,one rides a Cervelo R3 with Easton Deep section wheels,the rest also have top of the range equipment.........So if can afford it WHY not then......... He does get results,not like the rest(R3,Easton deep section wheels,sometimes does not even finish in the front.........so then i would say its a waste of money.. Stiff get better with your broken arm and mouth,then show them something
