Tracking order from Cwcycles

Hey guys does anyone have an idea how to track a parcel bought from Cwcycles...i've been waiting for my order and it doesn't reflect on my order history...

Email them, they are usually incredibly helpful and I am sure they will help you out.

You probably weren't "logged in" when you placed the order. Their website is k@k. Happened to me before as well and after placing the order didn't bother to look at the order no because i will get it under my order history, weren't there when i checked.

 

It was explained to me that i placed the order without logging in and they had to look for my order and give me my order number over the phone.

 

Dont understand why they allow anonymous checkouts...

Lol yeah exactly, although when you made an order you put the same email address as your login one but still they can't seem to link the two...
