WaynejG Posted February 6, 2017 Share At my age of 52 and a L5/S1 fusion that hapened 5 years ago, I am a typical "cheese and wine" mountain biker. During the week I normally buzz around the suburbs getting myfitness up. I have done 3 trails of which the longest one was 21 km. I don't see myself doing anything serious are further than say 30 km.My Sola 4 has a 24 speed setup. So I started wondering, what would be the next typical or must do add on to the bike?
