Prime RP-38 Wheelset

I am looking for an opinion on this wheelset. Prime is Chain Reaction Cycles' inhouse brand.

 

I came accross this set of carbon clinchers - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/prime-rp-38-carbon-clincher-road-wheelset-2017/rp-prod142949. They are very lightweight and the price is not bad either.

 

Is this a good option or will I do better looking in the classifieds?

They look pretty similar to many of the Chinese brands which you can order direct from China. For instance check out the options from light-bicycle, nextie, yishunbike, xmcarbonspeed. They all do options with DT350 hubs as well.
