no worries you could also look at using the new easton cranks i think they are a few grams lighter than the fsa k force compact not too sure though and then there are also the swisstop yellow brake pads lightest on the market that i know of that's if you want to go that little extra on the lightweight brakes

KCNC seatpost, stem, handlebar and brake calipers will save a heck of a lot of weight.    082 707 0110

A2Z Ti bolt kit   (041) 368 5708

Selle Italia C64 Saddle

Zipp VumaQuad Crank

This will drop a lot of weight and still make it more than rideable

***Coughing*** Nevermind...just saw the RRP on your website. What is the RRP on frame only? Looking to build bike for myself and have narrowed it down to a couple of options. Can't kill me to consider the BH, hey?

How about something like this? You want beat this easily.. And it supports 95kg rider on road' date=' 85kg rider of road. That is?practical.?20080519_123411_weight_of_seatp.jpg

Nice... but won't work with the intergrated seat post of the G4. They have very small/light inserts as it is anyway.

The G4 frame set (frame, fork, seatpost and headset) retails for R36 832

It comes in the team white (as in the other pic) but we could try to arrange you the same as AG2r are on, like this:

Might not go for the Zipp cranks... as the FSA K-force light cranks that come with are only 40-50g heavier.

Add to that the fact that we bring in Corima :)

I think the FSA cranks & Corima wheels will be fine if you are aiming for a total of around 6.8kg.

Zipp crank+bb is 100grams lighter than the FSA, if you are aiming for a sub 6kg build, 100 grams is a lot.

Will the bike have pedals on? Speedplay Nanograms will be perfect for a show bike.

You can start taking things into the realm of the absurd by changing what you put in the tyres:

Switching to Helium will save around 20g, Hydrogen will save an extra 2g or so on that and also give the added excitement that something could go bang at any moment.

Clap nice spec list, RacerX

Is the Extralite stem compatable with the Schmolke bar? At some point in my weight weenie phase I considered getting a Schmolke bar, but it is a 28mm diameter bar, and I did not like the Schmolke stem. Eventually settled for a EC90SLX bar.
