Kudos to Revolution Cycles and Specialized

I've had moments where I swore I'm done with Spez etc but I've grown to learn that I am an impulsive person, susceptible to the odd knee-jerk reaction out of pure impatience.

 

Anyways, long story short, my S Works Enduro frame developed what I suspected was a small crack at the bottle cage mount hole.  SJ at Revolution agreed to process my claim for me.

 

I took pictures of the crack last MOnday, the Tuesday Spez confirmed they would want to see the bike in person, took it to Revolution the Wednesday and the Friday Spez confirmed it's a crack and covered under warranty.  They just wanted some pictures of the bottle cage to finally confirm there was no crash involved and yesterday (9 days later) I got the call from Revolution informing me that my new frame was ready and built.

 

Oh, BTW they upgraded me from the 2015 to a 2016 frame set with new Ohlins shock.  Yip, I'm pleased.

The only thing that bugs me is how lazy Snr is getting seeing him on his Levo all the time

He overtook me on that darn thing going up the mountain (but then again most people do!!).

 

Had nothing but great service from Revolution - they're a fantastic bunch!
