I recently moved to Johannesburg East Rand, more specifically Kempton Park, can anyone point out some sick places to go riding and so some training?

Speak to Clint at Finish Line, there are a number of rides from his shop. There is a MTB ride every Sat start 6.30am, 50-70km but often some groups go longer and do 100 plus. There is also a XC circuit off Monument road which is good for training and most important safe. Other places close by are Red Barn and Modderfontein.

Thaba trails is a definite. Fantastic place to ride and has a bit of everything. Be sure to bring an extra lung.
