If this is done properly you will go for a glucose tolerance test.

As others have said, go see a specialized physician ( not the S-Works type) who can do a proper workup to determine if you are a diabetic. One low or high blood sugar level does not make you a diabetic. He/she will do a series of blood and urine tests to determine this and then if you diagnosed will advise you on course of action. Hypoglyceamia is more dangerous than hyperglyceamia (high blood sugar level). If you are prone to hyperglyceamia you will most likely have to adjust your diet to sustain your fuel stores so that you don't slip into a decreased level of consciousness and even coma which is easily rectified by glucose administration, if left untreated though for too long has dire consequences. Good luck, hope you get a proper diagnosis soon but it is manageable while still exercising.
