Chain Tensioner for Horizontal Dropouts

Anyone got any leads on where to get something like this locally?

Mate of mine and I bought some DJ bikes (any of course we're noobs) and wouldn't mind something like this to keep the rear wheel in place. No gears or derailleur hanger on the frames.

Chain tugs. Nils will almost definitely have some. Or I think Popcorn Skollie might have a set that didn't fit one of his builds...
