Hi all.

This may be a 'dom question but want to find out:

If you are running a 5x135mm QR (Skewer type axle) on rear wheel,

will a wheel with a 9x135mm QR & sizing fit the same frame drop out? (which is 10mm wide)

Eish! I just want to ride my bike. This tech stuff not for me.... :whistling:

Standard hub spacing is:

135mm - different axle sizes: 9mm QR, 10mm bolt on, 10mm through axle, 12mm trough axle

142mm x 12

148mm x 12 (boost)

150mm x 12 (DH)

The front QR standard is 9mm... rear is 10mm.

You likely have a 135x10mm QR standard hub.

The little stubby things sticking out like holey nipples that the QR goes through are the 'axle' size on most QR hubs.

So yes. If the hub is 135 wide and has the little nipple things sticking out the ends, you are good to go!
