One for the bike builders / mechanics out there

Can one use a shimano E-type front derailer that attaches at the bottom bracket (picture attached) on a BB92 frame?

Can't seem to find anything on shimano's website or google.

Was the frame designed to take a E type front derailleur?  The E type derailleur fits behind the BB, but is also secured to the frame with a 6mm (I think) allen key bolt to stop it pivoting around the BB.

No it wasn't so guessing the FD would act as a spacer, making the BB width too large for crank.

Wasn't sure if anyone oh here had successfully matched the two.

The seat tube usually has a threaded boss to keep the derailleur from spinning, or some derailleurs have a bracket that wraps halfway around the seat tube.

Using it with a pressfit bb can't work simply because it requires a traditional outboard bb, or an E'type specific ISIS or square taper bb.

Also, the spindle of your crankset would theoretically have to be longer(no spacers with a BB92)-irrelevant though because your frame probably can't take one anyway.
