An extra 2% has been added for today.

Cav and Kittel are still going to battle though - yesterday they came pretty close and the pace was fairly sedate for the first half!

Aaaaaaand away they go!

I would love to see that last groups final km time vs the final km time of Julien.

on a day like today, there's no kicking back and rolling the rest... there'll be a fair bit of huff and puff for everyone.

Yup. I'm fairly sure that is what I meant.

So the GC riders are going to sit on the Sky train... come now Tommy D, Quintana, Landa, Bardet, Nibali and Yates. Put some big boy pants on and attack the Sky train.

Sick of these okes just chilling in the Sky train and moan in the interviews later.

(Losing a top 10 does not cut it as a good enough reason not to attack)

Pace will be too high they won't be able to.. this is how sky have ridden for 6 years..

He wasn't even challenged by Gaviria or Groenewegen. The rest seem to have given up on getting the green jersey (or waiting for dq)

Groenewegen came late to the party. Gaviria can climb but nowhere near as good as Sagz. Remember that Sagz has a TOC overall on his palmares. Mount Baldy isn't exactly small or easy by any stretch of the imagination. Sagz is just a truly special rider.

He is best when he isn't a leader or under any pressure.

Easily his most annoying trait.

They keep on changing the point system to make it harder for Sagan and he keeps on doing his thing
