Trainer Thru Axle

I recently upgraded my MTB frame and this resulted in me having a thru axle at the back where i used to have a normal QR.

 

Now my question is, i have a tacx booster trainer, must i buy a thru axle adapter now to fit my wheel on the trainer?

Most likely, since your frame can only work with a through axle and no longer QR. Check on Tacx website to see which type of through axle will work on your bike based on length and thread pitch. 

FYI not all the through axles are brought in by Tacx, so you might have to import the correct one yourself. I bought one from Rose bikes.
