Whats it worth Rocky Mountain HT

Good morning fellow formites 

So it seems I maybe the owner of a new Fiets so sadly I may have to let my old lady go (not the wife) depending on what you guys here think its worth on a reasonable sale for both seller and buyer. 

 

So from the best of my knowledge its a 2012 or 2013 Rocky Mountain Vertex 970 RSL Hard Tail 

I bought the bike about 2 years back from the original owner who I think built the bike from a new frame. the gloss layer of the carbon has peeled in a few places but I have had the bike at a carbon bike repair guy that has said it is purely cosmetic and NO issue on the carbon its self. the bike has never had any major crashes with me ont the odd technical blunder, It has done mostly trail at either Rietvlei or Thaba trails and some XC (very little I hate the longhaul)

Please guys I am Noob when it comes to specs and details but this is what I know 

Basically I have a number in my head and if the concensus is lower than that number I keep the bike as a spare. BUT my number might be way off.

I have sold online and know the issues and have been taken before with a mobile phone so yes thanks for the heads up and advice

I got the 999 of the same year, think it's 2012.

 

I think between R15 - 20k will be fair.

 

BUT you really need to clean the bike before posting it.

Make it look like it's been well cared for!

Very valid point and I don't disagree at all, was rushing this morning didn't get a gap to clean before I posted these photos will clean and post photos on the classifieds section.
