Cannondale BB30 crank HELP

So i just received my early Xmas present to myself - the new Sram GX 1x12 groupset

 

unfortunately i almost immediately ran into trouble.

the spindle on the BB30 crank i ordered is too short for my BB30 cannondale scalpel 2014 - which is nothing short of maddening.

this spindle is 86 or 88mm on the crank but needs to be 100mm when i measure the width of my BB.

 

worse still, with this crank it looks like the spindle is not removable. so i cannot just change the spindle.

i cannot return the crank either as it was imported.

 

Sram do a specific carbon crank for cannondale at a whopping R7500! or you can buy the cannondale crank at R12500!

 

anyone know a cost effecting 1x crank i can buy? - i do not need the best of the best. i just need something that will work

What about your original crank with a new wide narrow chain ring?

I've got a SRAM S2210 (OEM) carbon crankset lying about.  Its in excellent condition as I removed it from my Scalpel when I changed over to the Cannondale Hollowgram cranks. The spider is removable so you can fit 2x10  or a direct mount 1x11 chainring. From what i remember it is basically an XO quality crankset, but only branded with the SRAM decals.

I have a SRAM X1 BB30 Carbon crank, I used on my previous Scalpel (2015)

It requires 76 bcd chainrings, I think it has a 34 on at the moment..

You can use your existing bearings etc....

All good condition

the bike was my fathers before and spec'd with a clavicular carbon SRM which he is keeping. so no original crank sadly

You sure the spindle can’t be removed? Reason being is, i had a cannondale hollowgram si crank where i could remove the spindle.

 

I might just have a spindle for you thats longer than 88. But ill only know on saturday

Furbs i may have a truvativ 2x11 spider also came off a scalpel.

 

As for spindle iam sure i have a spare one off my road bike which is about 100mm i think
