Anyway probably just my cynical characterThe climbing is about where you live. Some regions are hillier some have bad data sets. When I used to live In brazil altitude gain was often about double of the reality, not my gps of most people riding around there. Same if during the ride you adjust the altitude or you reboot your gps and its slowly correcting from sea level to real altitude as long as the timer is running its all falsely counted, same for a manual altitude adjustment.
