If you upload to Garmin connect, then you can sync to trainingpeaks.

 

Also trainingpeaks has a free version (limited functions) for you to try and use. So you can set up the sync between garmin and trainingpeaks and see for yourself

Otherwise you can always do manual uploads to Training Peaks.

Bit of a pain but at least an option.
