Wheel build

I have some great MTB carbon rims (NOBL33's) and need to build them up.

 

Any recommendations on a great wheel builder? 

 

I stay in Cape Town.

+1 - massive loss to Crown and to us in the southern suburbs.

Just don't seem to get to CBD any more.

Nev at Bike Mob has built a load of carbon hoops as well and his uSrname is Cragg, which is pretty cool if you like climbing or Natures Valley
