Worcester/surrounds MTB Trails

I'm going away this weekend to the Breede River, very close to Worcester side. I believe there are some trail out there, Can the powers that be point me in the right direction. Starting points and Permits, Its would be greatly appreciated

Speak to the guys @ Route 62 cycles in robertson... they are amazing and also have a nice coffee shop.
