jennymay Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I just want to thank Warren and Eben from West Rand Cycles, Fred Hennings from Cyclesure en Gert from Dragon Sports-Giant Agent in RSA On Monday the 26th of May I took my Giant TCR ONCE Gold frame to Cyclesure as I had a crack on the top tube.Various bike shops had different opinions about the crack.Mr Hennings from Cyclesure phoned West Rand Cycles to assist me to sort out the frame.Initially the frame was not going to be replaced under warranty( after being sent to Cape Town for inspection) but one hour later on the Thursday (28th of May)photos where sent to Giant HQ for approval to be replaced under warranty.The Tuesday(3rd of June) I received a call from Warren to say that my frame will be replaced under warranty and if I accept the new 2008 Carbon frame I will have my bike by Thursday afternoon 5th of June to do the Kremetart on Saturday the 7th.In the interrem -Eben and mr Hennings organised me a loan bike to cycle till my new bike could be assembled. How is this for service! Well I had my bike ready on Thursday afternoon-Thank you very much everybody

AndreZA Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 You will always get good service from Eben and his crew. If it was a warranty claim, why were Cyclesure involved? I thought they withdrew all and everything that's got to do with manufacturers faults.
