Is it normal for the cassette to pull out after you removed the dustcap? No tightening or loosening just one pull and the whole casette comes out. Is this normal? Everything works fine now. Thanks.

Depends. Was the cassette still attached to the freehub? If so, then yes. It's normal. You pulled the freehub off.

If the cassette came off the freehub without the use of tools, then no. It's not normal.

Hi yes the freehub was stil attached to the cassette. Everything seems normal. So it looks like this cassette is kept in place by the dustcap and the axel. When you take of the dustcap the cassette just pulls out, seemed weird. Thanks for the advice guys.

If that's the case then you're good to go. Some hub's freebodies do come off easier than others. It's when the cassette starts coming loose from the freebody that something is wrong.

Hi yes i found a article in which it said you do actually get cassettes that comes of like mine did. No lockring on the cassette. I think its because its a 1 piece cassette. At first i thought oh no what now. Thanks again guys.

On a lot of hubs it is normal for the free hub to be held in place by the end cap.  On some (eg Hope) you may have to remove the cassette to get the free hub seal back into the hub when refitting the free hub.
