Annoying brake cable

Hey guys , quick question. I am struggling with my brake cable rattling in my top tube on my road bike. 

does anyone have any advise to stop this ASAP ?

The solution, if there is one, will depend on whether the outer is continuous and on whether or not the inside of the top tube is accessible through the headset.

 

If yes to both, you can slip a piece of aircon pipe foam insulation over the outer.

 

If no and you do find a solution I'd be interested to know.
