I have a hard tail (old Cannondale F29)

It has as standard 185mm front and 160mm rear disks

I have a spare 203mm and 180mm disk.

What would the advantage be of changing the front to 203mm and rear to 180mm?

P.s. the fork can use up to a 203mm rotor.

you'd get more abit more braking power and they wont overheat as fast.

not any cons to it really, go for it

200 & 180 diameter rotors on my Spaz Camber (I am 100kg)

And fork flex, if you running an xc noodle

Valid point, didnt even think about this... Im running the 203 with a fox32 ctd (29er), would you say its a noodle? I sometimes hear the rotor start singing after a very hard brake, then i just tap on the brake again and its gone. I should maybe check the caliper bolts though they could have gotten loose over time.
