For that size you will have to look at Sidi, Scott or Northwave. There was an article on large shoes in a mtb mag years back, and these were the brands noted.

The Specialized concept stores will also be able to help.

From experience with my son only Shimano shoes went up to the yards size....Contact all the bike shops and ask them

Shimano make size 50 eu and they reasonably big.

The spez shoes only go to 49 and they just tend to be broad but not overly long.

So far those only ones I could find in store and if asking about ordering they usually only goto 48 and require upfront payment.

SPEZ.

I am a size 13, more due to width than length.

I was at SPEZ on Tuesday, trying on their different shoes.

They talk in terms of the EURO sizes.  Thus I tried on the 46, 47 and 48.

Their 48 is WAY too long for me !  May well be size fit for you.

My size 47 is now on order.
