nox1111 Posted October 8, 2018 Share Sorry for chiming in - after this is concluded.As M said, If you plan on doing longer rides, marathon and XC specific - go for the Sido.If you plan on doing 10 - 30km rides, with more technical terrain and also aim to progress your skills, or are a bit more playful in nature, Surface is the one for you. I am currently on a Surface, and plenty of guys will outclimb me with their lightweight XC bikes, but on trails, tech and descends - I will have the biggest smile. That for me is spot-on.
