Bryton app Strava sync

Hi, anyone has an issue to sync Bryton app to Strava. Never had an issue before but since yesterday it does not work. Thank you.

Try deleting all of your rides on the device. Mine stopped uploading when I hit 100 odd rides.

 

Also try to upload as often as possible using WIFI. It might need to download some update or another.

Btw. Almost everyone else is going to tell you to get a Garmin

Mine does it from time to time. You can plug it in your computer and upload it ro stava manually. You must delete the file from your device after that. The file is corrupt. I had found that you should give the device 10 or so seconds after you stopped cycling before you stop it.

Had the same problem for the first time ever yesterday as well. I normally upload over wifi. It seemed to be hanging. After holding the power button in for a long time, it wouldn't switch off. By trial and error I then held in all the buttons at the same time and it exited the upload screen. I reset the wifi router. Tried again. Still froze. I then connected it to my wifi-extender's profile and it uploaded immediately.

Thanks for the response all. My issue is actually on the app. It has the message of "Could not connect Bryton app to Strava".

Any other advice?
