If I understand correctly, you get 25% of a max R20 000 back if you meet your goals over 36 Months, so R 5000 back, minus the R 800 you must pay to activate the Team Vitality Cycling benefit.

 

So effectively, maximum you get back is (R 5000 – R 800) / 36 = R117 per month for 36 months. Less that the Vitality membership fee.
