Muttley Posted February 5, 2021 Share Also had fantastic after sales service from BOA for my 5+ year old Spez shoes.They send me a replacement pair and a spare set pair at no cost (parts or shipping). Mine were ordered on 28 Dec last year and arrived via DHL on the 3rd of Jan. Seems like they're no longer using local post office which is great. Nick H Posted July 5, 2021 Share Purchased Louis Garneau Granite II MTB Shoes in August 2020. BOA laces have frayed and kinked. I just placed my order on the BOA website - 30 June 2021. I will update if/when received so you guys know what to expect. UPDATE: Boa Warranty Kit received Friday 9 July 2021.
