Garim HRM not showing on Strava

I gave my old 520 and HRM to my son, one issue, while he sees his HR it come up blank under his stats if i looks up his ride on Strava, so he can see what his HR did if you looks at the history on the Garmin itself, but none of the HR Stats show on Strava, any clues

If you've denied Strava consent to process and store your health-related data your heart rate will be removed from activities uploaded on...

 

The mobile app does show less information than the website.  Is his HR showing on the strava website?

His HR is not showing on the strava website, let me try to allow Strava consent to process and store in data, do you know how navigate to that section ?

Make sure the relative app,s are upgraded on your phone ,then look under both app,s security and privacy settings

If you've double checked and done troubleshooting on the rest: Edge -> Connect -> Strava, but HR is still not pulling through, then your son may be too young? Is your son under 16?

Either wait until he's 16 or "adjust" his birth year appropriately

The link states it’s to align with EU data protection laws...

 

Change the year and see if that’s the cause.
