Shipping jhb to durban

Hi

Bought a used road bike through the classifieds here on the hub from a guy in jhb that I need shipped to durban. My mate in jhb has collected the bike already so I just need him to get it somewhere to be boxed so I can get a courier to collect.

 

Any recommendations on where to have it boxed (sandton/ bryanston area) and which courier to use?

Get your mate to visit an LBS for a box. Linden cycles comes to mind.

Try Andrew from triptych couriers . Great service and really reasonable . You will however have to box it though, however most bike shops will give you a box for free , just phone a few bike shops in your area and ask!

I used Sky and Time Freight... Obtained reasonably good rates in both instances

 

As Mett mentioned about the boxing as well
