Freebee Posted February 14, 2019 Share Hi Guys, can anyone recommend a bike shop/techy that is able to service the early DI2 Dura Ace? Took the bike to Cyclelab Fourways and sadly it came back worse. It’s first generation, so you not able to run a diagnostic report. Any suggestions?
Dee1 Posted February 15, 2019 Share Had the same issue. Ended up taking my bike to Muhammad at Solomon's in Woodmead. He upgraded the software and fixed the mess caused by "that other" workshop. Note: mine was original Di2 Ultegra but he should be able to assist you with your Dura. Edited February 15, 2019 by Dee1
Dexter-morgan Posted February 15, 2019 Share Ridgeway Cycles in Greenstone, Ping @IRON, he would be able to help you, I have the hardware and soft ware to do it yourself if you feel like it.

Any suggestions?Hi , is this 10 or 11speed ? if its the first generation the chances are its 10speed dura ace ( with the fat plug ? ) this sadly cant have firmware updated as it does not have firmware and not a whole lot can be done .Go see Ridgeway. Schnavel Posted February 18, 2019 Share Youtube and a good beer - learn to do this yourself and you will be a much happier and richer person (bike shops like to make you part with your hard earned cash)
