I've also been the recipient of really good service at Bike Addict. To hear that they had a bad reputation came as surprise to me. Warren who works there is a champ and makes good on promises to contact you, etc. So based on my experience, the drive out to Malmesbury, passing a lot of other bike stores along the way, is really not such a mission :-)

Monday, I got my reply and it is cheaper than most shops this side of Malmesbury. Tuesday I requested a proforma, made payment on wed and this morning early I have received my order. 10 Stars to Bike Addict
