I don’t have experience with those particular models, but I have only had fantastic after sales support from the distributors in SA

Where do one buy these in SA ?

On the lookout for a set of compact but sufficiently bright lights too.

The Zecto got my attention too but user reviews are hit and miss.

The Lezyne Strip lights seem to be quite popular too.

Agreed the Strip range does look good, no cables as they attach straight to usb. A bit more expensive though.

Most online shops stock them.

I havent come across an LBS that does. I would like to have a look before i buy. Apparently Sportsmans have a few on their shelf but its always a hit and miss trying to find out which

Lezyne have great lights

i use 2 x 1100 lights

Properly bright and good shape of light pattern.

The battery doesn't last when used in the brightest setting but I only use that for downhill single track.

The medium settings still give enough light and will last for 3 hours.

I have had 2 previous versions which stopped charging and they were both replaced by the distributor.

I would buy again.

Ok so i think for the rear im interested in this one

But for the front would you recommend the Strip or the Zecto?  ease of charging aside, they are comparable in price yet the LED configuration on the zecto leads me to believe that it would give you more of a focused "beam"

Who might that be? I bought one from a lbs that since shut it's doors. It's dead now and no idea where to take it?

Thanks
