NO hardtail should sell for R30k second hand, except if it's a top of the range premium brand 2018 or 2019 model.top components and carbon wheelset on a Titan frame. I don't think there's that much wrong with Titan, but I don't think the resale value of the brand is ever going to be that high. It's a bang for buck bike that you've pimped up.
