I dont ride with SlowCoach, as the vast majority of my rides is with our 7 year old godson.

SlowCoach certainly is your best bet to join an established group of local riders.  They do a wide range of rides !  From the typical weekend rides for the working class ... and MANY weekday rides for those not tied to working hours.

Hi I am available from 17hoo during the week, but very flexible over weekends. Maybe I should just mention I am a female cyclist.

Thursday nights there's group rides at Bloemendal always a great place to meet other cycling enthusiasts.

Our rides are mostly Thursday nights at Bloemendal and over the weekends average rides about 40km.

Most welcome to join we ride for fun not time.

My wife also rides. I guess also medium fitness at the moment, although we are training for W2W end of the year. Maybe you want to join her/us? We do a couple of rides during the week then longer one over the weekend.

Good morning.

Search for the Slow Coach Facebook group. It’s a cycling community made up of all levels, but group rides focus predominantly on the Beginners and Intermediate riders. There are about 5 rides during the week and then longer rides over the weekend. On a Tuesday and Thursday there are rides at 17:30 which will fit your weekday time schedule. Tuesday at Meerendal and Thursday at Bloemendal. They are done on those days because the trails and parking lots are extra busy just before the 19:00 rides and therefore safer especially if you are on your own. If you have lights then you could join those rides as well.

Happy Trails, hope to see you out there.
