Good spot to learn jumps in Cape

The UCT jumps on the corner of Woolsack and the M3 seems very quiet this year. 

 I rode past there this afternoon while doing a bit of the steepies on the road bike, and noticed that the guys were building and jumping, so, it is in use. Because I haven't been there for a while, I went to have a closer look. The jumps vary, but there is an easier line that beginners can use to learn on, before progressing to the truly crazy stuff.
