I'd go for this! I saw one in my size at CycleLab a couple seasons back, think it was like 38k new. plus its Ultegra 6800 11 speed and not 10, error in ad.

As a massive douche once said "it's not about the bike". A 2014 steel road bike, is very avant garde - we even have a thread on that - https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/131617-steel-back-in-the-peleton/page-1

If you really want to look pro, then get a nondescript bike that fits you and make it go faster than the latest Di2 equipped carbon beast that daddy needed to take a second mortgage to buy for his little champion.

but most of all, get a bike that suits/fits you. looks come 2nd.

lol. Ill show em..... in 4 years time

Thanks everyone. For the suggestions.

I'm going to THE PPA Junior Academy in Sept so I want to look "pro" because I currently run a 2014 steel bike which is too small for me and the slowest guy from the selection. Also I'm too young for DC so just DC training rides unfortunately.

I am no pro.  But if I had R1 for everytime I have been dropped or passed by some Oom on a 1990's steel-framed Colnago or Aluminium Bianchi with 9-Speed Veloce I could probably have quit my job and become one.

There's a phrase we used to use in the Motorcycle trade - ATGNI - Stands for All The Gear, No Idea
