Wannabe Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 wipe down with the cloth if I kept it CALM during the commute to work .... and every so often the clutch slips and I set a PB .... then I have a proper basin bath ... This approach is not gonna work for this week. I'm drenched by the time I get to work (no matter how "calm" I try to keep it), even after showering I'm still sweating. Humidity is high at the moment. I shower at the building behind ours .. there is a cross fit gym there who I have arranged a "shower" contract with at a reduced rate.Ah crossfit................That explains your 30 min shower dude with the napkin in his jacket. Used the crossfit gyms showers this morning and they are leagues ahead with some awesome music playing. During winter the IC's shower packed up and I used the crossfits other gyms showers (about 1 - 2km away) during the repairs period and was rather pleasantly suprised as to how lekker the people were ... not sure RE the clientele, but the gym staff are rock and roll.
