Anyone ride out from these areas regularly so that I can tag along? The route around Simonstown, Cape Point , Noordhoek will make a good road loop. You can also add Chapmans Peak and Hout Bay to that. For mtb rides you will be near Tokai Forest and the Constantia Green belts. https://tokaimtb.co.za/trails/ If you are keen, consider doing the Cape Town Cycle Tour in early March. I have been living in Italy for 9 years but we are thinking of moving back to CT But thanks for the info...very kind of you..

Jewbacca Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 I am unreliable, but I run trails from Muizenberg pretty much every day. 13km to 50km and sometimes longer. There is also an organised group that runs from the Muizenberg pub every Tuesday at 18:00 and other mornings and evening organised on that Tuesday. Road rides and Tokai trails are super accessible from the area. PM me, I live and work in Muizenberg.
