Once-off transport of bike from Pretoria to Durban

I know there are companies that deliver bikes to races. What I am looking for is a way to get a bike I want to buy in Pretoria delivered to me in Durban (Kloof/Hillcrest area).

Anyone know of a courier or service who does this?
