Im curious to know how any of you have tested positive for covid found your return to training?

Tomorrow is my last day of isolation but im planning to start with a few walks and pilates first. Had to bail out of Attakwas so not under any pressure to rush the process and risk hurting myself.

Depends on whether you actually got sick or not. I'm aware of more than one person who tested positive but did not get sick at all and their training was not affected at all (after their isolation that is).

Treat it like any other bout of sickness, go for a ride, see how you feel and take it from there.

best to ask your GP. Each person is unique. A few people close to us have tested positive and the symptoms have ranged from asymptomatic to death. One person did experience loss of energy for about 2 months. GP told her no exercise beyond Z2 and this was confirmed by a specialist.

Please consult your doctor.
