Okay, just had a look at that is waaay beyond my skill set! Adam may take you up on that offer but I will first try the hot water suggestion and try bend the plastic per madmarc's suggestion

totally fixable.

The front just slots into the groove in the nose. Remove the cover and check to see if the retaining clip is not broken. If it is then it will pop out again.

The rear you can retain with Red retaining compound or epoxy glue

You have hit the nail on the head I believe.

i managed to get a fizik saddle back together using hot water, but also put the rails in the freezer for an hour or so.
