This is how you can put tyre sealant in presta tubes if you dont have removable cores or don't want to use sludge.

 

 

 

Deflate the tube.

 

Take pliers and remove the brass nut.

 

Push valve core into tube and hold inside the tube.

 

Pour in tyre sealant.

 

 

 

The hard part is getting the valve core back down .

 

Push the valve core into the valve stem pointing downward some nifty shaking and pulling with needles is required to get the valve to fall down.

 

Once it is down hold with pliers and screw on brass nut.

 

 

 

And its done.

I can remember asking this very question on the Hub a year ago and my friend who now resides in Holland aka( Williehond) directed me to a website that shows you in pictures how it is done.

Then to go even better my other friend holy roller sends me two tubes all slimed up from Gauteng ( Free of charge)

 

that is what the hub is all about !!!!

Or an old solution is to get a lekker fat syringe and needle. Fill it with slime, inject it into the tube and patch the hole just to make 10000% sure.
