Caledon mtb and road routes

Anyone advise of mtb trails and road routes from Caledon Spa for this weekend?

Hello, I'm in the area and the mtb trails in Greyton area are fantastic. Very nice trail selection. Also some mtb trails at Botrivier and of course Hemel and aarde valley and Hermanus. Lots of beautiful gravel roads to ride as well.

R320 - shaws pass from caledon to hemel and aarde/hermanus 

safe road -great tar till the top of the H&A valley when its a bit tight and rough down to R43 /hermanus 

 

H&A trails for MTB or if you want a gravel loop take the Tesselaarsdal / Bovenplaats turns off the R320

How does the permit system work for H&A (Hemel and Aarde trails) when starting from the Caledon side ?  (used to the start and payment in Hermanus)
