Which bike to choose?

I want a bike to do the green trails at Red Barn, ride on the road between visits to bike parks. Looking for a general fitness bike, one bike that can do it "all" ???? 

Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. If you have other bikes not mentioned above please let me know.

If I don't say it, someone else will - If you are willing to buy second hand, perhaps also have a look at the classifieds on here. Depending on your size, you may just be lucky. Also, since you are considering buying new, I recommend checking in with the shops whether they have stock in the size you want.

I would go for an older new bike with a better groupset.
