Not me, but a house is being sold a road away from us. The next door neighbour has for the last two years run a BnB, that is used as a party venue as well, with weekend music going on late into the night/morning. There are various council lead activities taking place to try close the place down, but that is another story. Is the seller obliged to tell buyers about the place next door, or are you only obliged to note household defects and breakages.
