What budget GPS systems are good in your opinion? Is items like the Bryton rider 15 available in SA. What other brands can you suggest? Main requirement is route recording and navigation.

I have heard good comments on the lezyne GPS devices. 

Think their budget version is the Macro Easy. 

Most phone are also a pretty good alternative.

I have used the Bryton 330 for a couple of years now with no issues. Syncs via wifi to strava, records everything from cadence and power. You can get the 2nd hand from R1000

XOSS works very well. Easy to use. Load straight to Strava. No issues. 24hours + battery life.  Waterproof the whole lot. R700. Excellent for the price
