Has anyone ridden Easton EA90 SL/X wheels? They seem quite good value.

How do they compare to Kyserium ES/SL - the weights appear the same?

I have read that the Mavics are very stiff and you get quite a lot of feedback - is this nonsense?

Riding them wont tell you anythying. They all feel the same.

However, Eaton's engineering philosophies are sound, The bearings, spoke and flange design are all top-notch. They will be durable.

Those are true climbing wheels but are awesome all rounders. I have circuits and getting a set of EC70 SL for season. All their wheels are rock solid. You cant go wring and as everyone says. They look real sexy!!!

I have a set of EA90SLX wheels and they are awesome.  The hub quality is brilliant, they just keep rolling.  In terms of price I think they will also be very hard to beat.

They are also very durable, I had the misfortune in a race a few months ago to wipe at around 60km/h after failing to take a corner.  Even though the front wheel had been pinch flatted it was still perfectly true and the hub was also perfect.
